Florida Aikikai is a martial arts dojo dedicated to the spread of traditional Aikido as taught by the founder Morihei Ueshiba. We offer morning and evening classes 7 days a week in a supportive, safe, and committed environment.

The benefits of Aikido practice include strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, self-confidence, concentration, alertness, intuitiveness and concern for others. Aikido teaches you how to focus your mind, body and spirit into powerful unified action, creating a vital, perceptive and engaging personality. Read more about Aikido...

The Return to Holiday Park

As you may have heard, we are anxiously awaiting our imminent return to the dojo in Holiday Park. The Florida Aikikai dojo has been for many years one of the premier practice facilities in the country with 2500 square feet of mat space and easy accessibility in a central location. This renovation adds a new floor and ceiling, a new A/C system, our own bathrooms inside the dojo, and new space for our offices, spectator area, and student lounge. We hope to move back into the dojo soon.
